Home Watch Genies watched my home while I was away for a little over one month. They went the extra mile by moving patio furniture during heavy winds that occurred while I was out of town. They also checked my swimming pool to make sure the water level did not get too high.

Excellent experience using Home Watch Genies for my home in The Villages. Weekly from April through September, on different days and times, my home and property were inspected. Inside my home, at a minimum, they checked on appliances, thermostat settings, flushed toilets and for any water issues or physical damage. Outside they checked on entry points for any external damage, for any water issues and on lawn maintenance. I always received an email when they completed their check. When there was an issue with the lawn and weeds, I was promptly notified, allowing me to contact my lawn service provider the same day. They picked up  my mail and contacted me if any items seemed urgent.

I highly recommend Home Watch Genies.
